Original (7/9/2025): 2 stars I just finished my appointment at Frenchies that I scheduled almost a week in advance. This nail salon is the most expensive in the area and I only come if it’s for a special event or a major splurge. Unfortunately one of their staff members had a medical emergency, so I received a phone call 15 minutes before my appointment, informing me they would no longer be able to honor my appointment, which was originally scheduled as a French gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I understood the situation but asked if there was any way they could at least do the manicure, since this is for a wedding that I am traveling to the next day. Gratefully, they were able to do that which I am thankful for, but unfortunately now I have to find a new place to go last minute for the pedicure and the final product of my manicure is not anything like the quality of my first and only other experience here. The first experience brought me back and unless something changes, unfortunately this experience will likely cause me to not return. The service cost me $72 (before tip) and did not include a massage. Just a quick rubbing on of the scented scrub and lotion. The technician was kind and I believe she might have even stayed over her scheduled shift to fit me in after the medical emergency that impacted the other employee who had to leave early. In summary, the service but mostly the quality was below average from my initial experience and is absolutely not worth the high cost. I am actually very sad because this was a huge splurge for me and I am just not pleased with the quality and feel heavy for the amount of money I just paid. I am fairly non-confrontational so I was not comfortable being extremely vocal about all of this with the receptionist but I did tell her on the way out that my nails didn’t have near the pink tint as last time - if any at all. I even asked the technician while she was working on my nails, when she was going to put the pink on? She informed me that she already had, although I can see no pink undertones at all. I probably should have been more vocal of the poor quality but I know there wasn’t the staff to re-do the service. So unfortunately it’s $72 (plus tip) that I’ll never get back and below average nails. I would love to come back to Frenchies but I just cannot pay that much money and it be a 50/50 chance on quality. I genuinely hope others have a better experience if/when they come. I included a few pictures to show the lack of pink and some of the imperfections of the final product. 7/30/2025 UPDATE: 5 stars Frenchies reached out to me after my original service and absolutely floored me with their response (positively). They 1) offered me full re-do services - both mani and pedi and 2) fully refunded me my original cost. I made this original post, not to get anything in return, but simply to share the experience since it was so surprising and abnormal. I could not be more grateful for the amazing customer service that Frenchies came back with. While the original service referenced in this posting was disappointing, I would still recommend this location based on their amazing response to take care of their clients and win them back with wonderful service. My re-do was a night and day difference in service quality and I now look forward to returning in the future! Shout out to Courtney - one of the best nail techs I’ve ever worked with. I had a great experience at this nail salon! The space was super clean, and Deja was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. She’s so detailed in her work and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. My nails turned out amazing, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Breanna is the best!! She recommended the right nail shape for my natural nails and it truly helped my nails stay stronger! She is thorough and you can tell she takes pride in her work! Plus the staff at Frenchies are all delightful and the salon is pristine and welcoming all at the same time! They provide you with a warm neck wrap during your service which just adds to the pampering! Also, I highly recommend the Dazzle Dry (and they have all the colors!) as it is the healthiest polish for natural nails and my nails are loving it!!

Came into Frenchies for the first time after hearing about earlier last year, 2025. I don't get my nails done very often because I hate how dry it makes my hands feel and how toxic it is. My girlfriend was actually in town, and when she had to get her nails done because of a wedding, I thought of Frenchies first. Well, what do we expect on a Friday afternoon? haha. It was completely booked. Whoops, try again a different time. I finally was able to get in. I was really excited because I wanted to use less toxic ingredients. The experiences: You first walk and check in. You get to choose your lotion scent. I went with the oatmeal. Then they ask you to wash your hands before your appointment. While I was picking out my nail color, they gave me a few options for tea. I got a mani, but I am very curious about their pedi now that I've been there. Deja was my technician, and she was so much fun! She is so witty and fun to talk to. You can tell she is very passionate about what she does, which feels so rare. They gave me a tour of their salon because I was curious. During this time, things that I've noticed: They have vents everywhere, it doesn't smell like a typical nail salon. The experience is just elevated. They actually want you to feel comfortable. I saw men and women here. (I mean, self care has no gender). I am very sensitive to pushy people. And I do not get that here. I am very happy I finally got a chance to come by and and look forward to a mani in the future. :D

I have been receiving texts from here for years, but never had a chance to come in until now. I will say, this is hands down the best nail experience I've ever had! At other nail locations, I tend to get serviced by the least popular nail techs. I am a regular polish and basic service person. I don't get the extra services... the basic mani/pedi works just fine for me. But because of this, my experiences at most other nail places are just as basic as the service I request. But then I came to Frenchies. I am so happy that I stopped by today. For once, I have the pleasure of leaving with a smile on my face. I wasn't rushed. Every process was explained thoroughly. I was constantly asked for my opinion along the way. I had a nice glass of wine. Seating was comfortable. The facility was clean. The techs were knowledgeable and just incredible amazing people. The experience was worth every penny. I can say... and with a smile this time that I will be back.
